    2020    * Note: The bug summary is misleading. The "regression" is that a new test was committed and required accessible spin button support that was not yet in place. So this is a nice-to-have; not a must have. But it's also a low-risk high-impact fix, thus I am requesting consideration for inclusion in 1.10.
