Web Automation: disable process swap on navigation when an automation session is active

• UIProcess/WebProcessPool.cpp:

(WebKit::WebProcessPool::processForNavigationInternal):
This is not intended to work right now. Opt out to avoid crashing
later when a process is deallocated unexpectedly.
